I have extensive experience in corporate assessments for new appointments, promotions and development.

I prefer a multi-faceted approach, combining cognitive and personality tests with work samples and communication exercises. The exact battery of tests is designed around the details of the job description. A typical assessment for a group of short-listed candidates takes 3 – 4 hours.

I can assess up to 8 candidates at the same time, either at my home office or on site. Feedback sessions can be conducted remotely.

My preferred assessment tool for personal development is the Enneagram, which is a framework that allows one to understand where and why you get stuck in negative behavioural patterns, and how to grow towards balance and freedom in life.

With a structured online assessment, clients are guided to identify one of 9 distinct types with which they resonate most. You will learn more about your own strengths, motivation, core beliefs and approach to relationships. The Enneagram gives one clear signposts to self-awareness, especially the more hidden aspects, like blind spots and defence mechanisms - which often takes years to uncover.

I also offer Enneagram workshops on request. They run over 2 days, with groups of between 4 and 10 people, exploring all nine Enneagram types. This is suitable for individuals, friends and couples who’d like to understand more their own and others’ ways of being in the world.
